Dear SinaLite members,

We would like to provide you with the following update on shipping and production:

  • UPS has shown significant improvement in processing shipments. At this time, we are seeing an improvement in the time they take to scan packages. Please note however that they are still busy, and like many couriers at this time, delays are not out of the ordinary. Hence, both UPS and FedEx have not yet resumed their service guarantees.
  • We are currently experiencing supply chain delays for our protective shield material due to the high demand of this material in the marketplace. As a result, there may be some delays on protective shield orders. We are trying our best to source from other suppliers so that we can complete your orders as soon as possible.
  • SinaLite continues to be fully operational.

May 29, 2020 Update

Dear SinaLite members,

We are currently fully operational; however, please be aware of the following changes:

  • In the past few weeks we have taken social distancing protocols in our printing facilities to protect the health and safety of our staff. This may lead to some delays on orders.
  • We are receiving a high volume of orders for large format and COVID-19 related products right now. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting turnarounds to 5-7 days in those departments to set more accurate expectations for you and your clients.

Dear SinaLite members,

Please be aware of the following changes:

  1. Due to the high volume of large format orders, production times for these orders may be extended by 1-2 business days.
  2. UPS is still experiencing very high volumes of deliveries. It has been reported that some packages are not being scanned properly at their warehouses. As a result, their tracking numbers may not reflect the correct updated information.

Dear SinaLite Community,

As we all continue to monitor the growing concerns around COVID-19, we would like to reach out and share the actions SinaLite is taking to ensure that our employees, customers and community are kept safe.

Precautionary measures are as follows:

  • Regularly disinfecting all high touch areas including work stations, production facilities, shipping/receiving areas, and hygiene stations

  • Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers and disinfectant to all employees to protect the safety of the community inside and outside of our facility

  • Providing all employees with the education of proper hygiene procedures for the safety of our clients receiving any products from our facility

  • Temporarily suspending all in-person client pickups
