Eligible Orders

We are currently offering free local delivery to eligible regions in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal and Ottawa. Click here to see if your address is eligible.

Shipping Address

To benefit from free local delivery, your Default Shipping Address must be set to an eligible business address . When checking out, you will have a Free Local Delivery option when choosing your shipping method.

Free local deliveries are eligible to your (the reseller)'s default shipping address.Please note: Orders are not blind shipped to your (end-user) clients when shipping with local delivery

Shipping Schedule

Orders shipped with local delivery usually take 1 business day to deliver. However, please allow 2 business days in your time frame.

For rush jobs, it is highly recommended that you choose a UPS method of delivery or customer local pick up. We cannot guarantee local deliveries on any particular day or any particular hour. Normally, a delivery may be made at any time between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time.

Delivery Restrictions

Deliveries will only be made to commercial locations and businesses. In the interest of scheduling and safety, our local delivery service can only deliver to the ground floor / lobby of buildings. Deliveries may not be attempted if the driver is not able to safely park their vehicle. In the event that the job cannot be delivered, your job will return to our facility and changed to pick up.
Even though your default shipping address may be within a particular delivery region, it is possible that your particular address cannot be shipped to with local delivery.
Please note that we do not offer inside delivery. Deliveries will be made outside your front or back door.
Large orders (such as large format jobs or orders over 30 boxes) will be delivered on a pallet. You will need to have the appropriate facility to accept these deliveries.

Issues / Problems

We are not responsible for any problems or losses that arise from delayed or failed delivery. We are offering the local delivery option completely FREE to you. If you need to meet a specific deadline, we strongly advise that you place your order with a UPS or Customer Pick up option.

We reserve the right to withdraw, change the terms of this service at any time without prior notice.
