If your file is preflighted OK, you will receive an email with a link to review your digital proof.
File is rejected
If we find potential issues that could impact print results, we will send you a rejection email to request an updated file.
We send digital proofs for most products. You will have 1 hour from the time your proof is sent to take action.
Approve or re-upload
You can choose to either approve your proof or upload a new file.
No action taken
If no action is taken within 1 hour, your proof will automatically be approved by our system and go into production.
