You\u2019ll first need to define your target audience and their pain points<\/a> (the problems that they need solved). It\u2019s a good idea to review what clients have requested in the past. Look at previous client requests for quotes. Identify the most common products that your clients requested that you were unable to offer. These products are good places to start. You may also want to see at what prices your competitors are selling these products at.<\/p>\n Talk to Your Vendor<\/strong><\/p>\n If you work with a trade print vendor, ask them what are some of the most common products that they sell to other print shops and print brokers. It\u2019s helpful for saving time and money because it lowers production costs and opens up your equipment to print other orders.<\/p>\n Run Samples<\/strong><\/p>\n Now that you\u2019ve decided this product idea is worth moving forward with, it\u2019s time to run production tests. Begin by running a few samples or a test batch.
