What will be migrated?

When you click on “Migrate to Printbest,” we will migrate the following data:

  • Your print on demand stores and their products
  • Your print on demand orders
  • Your Wallet balance and Wallet transactions

When is the migration taking place?

The migration will happen on Saturday, March 13 from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.

Will my Wallet balance change?

No. Your Wallet balance will remain as it was before the migration.

Will I automatically get an account created in Printbest?

Yes. Once you click “Migrate to Printbest,” we will automatically create a Printbest account for you.

How will I sign in to my Printbest account

You can sign in to your Printbest account at www.printbest.com using the same username and password as your SinaLite Print on Demand account.

Will my SinaLite account be deleted?

We will not delete your SinaLite account. You just won’t be able to access our print on demand services through your SinaLite account.

What if I have orders currently being processed?

Any orders that are being processed will migrate with you to Printbest. Their fulfillment will not be interrupted.

Will I need to reconnect my stores?

No. You will not need to reconnect your stores. If you are an Etsy seller, you should update your Production Partner to “Printbest” to comply with Etsy’s policies.

If I also have a SinaLite wholesale account, will it be affected?

No. Your SinaLite wholesale account will not be affected. We are not moving our wholesale services.
